Where information is processed
Website delivery
Cloudflare delivers the website and protects it from misuse. When you visit, Cloudflare
receives ordinary connection details such as your IP address, the page requested, the time
of the request, and browser or security information. Cloudflare is a United States company
with a global network, so this information may be handled outside Canada. The static
website does not contain client project records or form submissions.
Online inquiries
The online form is also handled by Cloudflare. Cloudflare checks the submission and sends
it only to [email protected] through its email
service. The form does not create a separate Prysm submissions database, and Prysm does not
add your IP address to the inquiry email.
To slow down spam, the form briefly counts repeated submissions from the same connection
using a scrambled code instead of placing the address in a contact record. Cloudflare may
still keep ordinary service, security, and email-delivery records under its own policies.
Because Cloudflare operates globally, the form contents may be processed outside Canada
before the email reaches Prysm. If you do not want to use the form, you can email Prysm
directly.
Email
Prysm uses Microsoft 365 Business to receive and manage email. Microsoft is headquartered
in the United States and provides services globally. Prysm's Microsoft 365 account shows
Canada as the current and committed location for Exchange Online. This means the inquiry
email is stored in Canada once it reaches Prysm's mailbox. Email routing, spam filtering,
security work, customer support, or legally required access may still involve processing
outside Canada, so Microsoft 365 is not described as a Canada-only service.
